1. When will I receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will ship it within 24-48 business hours. Delivery typically takes 7 - 14 days, depending on the shipping carrier.

2. What shipping carrier will be used for my order?
We use reliable shipping carriers, including Royal Mail, EVRI, Yodel, Yodel International, Post NL, 4PX, and Cainiao.

3. Where can I track my order?
You can track your order using the “Tracking My Order” tool on our website with your tracking number, order number, and email address used when ordering.

4. How will I receive my tracking number?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

5. What if I’m not receiving my tracking number?
Contact us via email, and a Customer Service Representative will provide you with your tracking number within 24 business hours.

6. Why isn’t my package moving when I check tracking?
It’s normal for packages to not have updates for 1-2 days. If it appears stuck, please contact us for assistance.

7. Will I receive a notification when my order is delivered?
Yes, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is out for delivery, and another once it has been delivered.

8. What if I received a delivery notification but didn’t receive the item?
Contact your local post office for details. If you don’t receive your package, start a claim and inform us with the confirmation.

9. Can I pick my order up from the post office?
If delivery was unsuccessful, your package will be held at the local post office for one week. Check tracking for more details.

10. What happens if I see the order is being returned to sender?
If this happens soon after shipping, visit the local post office to stop the return. If it has already been returned, email us for assistance.

1. I can’t find instructions for using my item.
We offer digital instruction manuals and videos for some items. Email us, and we’ll provide the necessary instructions.

2. I have problems with the item I received.
Send us a picture or video showing the issue, and our Product Team will assist you promptly.

3. How do I get a replacement for my damaged item?
If your item arrived damaged, provide a picture or video, and we’ll arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

4. Is there any warranty for the item I purchased?
Yes, all our products come with a 30-day warranty.
