REFUND POLICY

At TheCosmetic.co.uk, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent return and refund policy in full compliance. The following policy outlines our return, exchange, and refund terms for all purchases made through our store.
General Return, Cancel & Exchange Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery (exclustions apply). To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in like-new condition, and include all original packaging. Please contact us at support@thecosmetic.co.uk with your order number and details of the items you wish to return before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
7 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Customer Care Team RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge.
Cooling-off period
Within 14 days of receiving your goods orders are under the cancellation period.
Once you notify us of your cancellation request, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
We will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
The refund will include the cost of the goods and the standard delivery charge (if applicable). However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To exercise this right, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@thecosmetic.co.uk with your order number and request for cancellation.
Please note that you need to have an approved RMA number to get the return accepted in our logistics warehouse. Return without RMA number can't be approved, because the package may get lost.
We can request a photo or video of the product before accepting RMA.
Important Notes and Exclusions
Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size must be under 2MB.
Please note that we don't refund any shipping cost and do not cover shipping cost for return. Your shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Refunds are accepted in case the product is defective and there is proven documentation of its malfunction. Once receive proper information, you'll get further instructions.
If a product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear, it is not eligible for a refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Exchanges can be made for any product or size. Returns are given in store credit & all sales are final. No returns on Promotional Sales, Discounted Orders, Clearance Items & International Orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange process.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to an incorrect address given or if they are unable to gain entry/access.
All refund will be returned to your original payment within 7 to 10 business days after it is processed.

Sale items & Cancellations After shipping
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. It has to go as a return process after receiving order. All Sales are Final.
