Better and safer than surgery.

I have been using this for only 2 weeks and my stomach is slimming down and muscles are becoming more visible. I am a mother of 8 children so and I've tried different exercises and other techniques and nothing worked. This is worth a lot more than what you paid for. Alternative to surgery.

Great places of pads on the belt

Fits great !! With the pads they hit my abs and sides in the right places. The leg attachments took a minute to get in the right place . And the legs work best if you are going to relax while using. Multiple modes with enough levels I havent gone past 8 , I can really feel it !!

Great muscle stimulator

OK, so I've been working on abs exercises, but I just felt it was too difficult to get muscles on abs. I don't know if it is only me, but that's what it was. This item stimulates my abs and I feel it actually works.I have been using this for 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes. I put it on when I walk my dogs so the 20 minutes go by real quick. I like how there is different intensity levels, so first couple times I was using it I put it on lower intensity level and now that I’m little more use to it, I put it on next intensity level. This device does feel like it gives training on the muscles. So far very pleased with this device. Let’s see how effective this device is after I use it for 2 months!
